• SHIPPING

​All NZ deliveries are made using our courier company partner Go Sweet Spot/ Post Haste, and international deliveries are through New Zealand Post, and endeavour to ensure your order is sent out the day of or the day after your purchase, and delivered within 5 days*.

FREE SHIPPING IN NEW ZEALAND ON PURCHASES $99 AND OVER*

​Please allow 2-4 workings days for your purchase to be delivered. All packages are tracked and require a signature. Please endeavour to provide us with a work address unless you are certain that someone is home during the day to sign on your behalf. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

AUSTRALIA

Shipping to Australia is free with any purchase over $200.00. For orders less than $200.00 we charge a flat shipping rate of $20.00.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping to the rest of the world is free with any purchase over $400. For orders less than $400 we charge a flat shipping rate of $40.00.

For our international shipping we use Tracked New Zealand Post. This ensures the best international shipping rates. Please allow 4 – 10 working days for delivery, however, this does not include the time for customs. Gallery Store has no control over any customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges that may accrue you will be responsible for the payment.

• GALLERY ATHLETIC® PRE ORDER INFORMATION

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve product early. The product will also ship to you on the first available date.

Only selected products are available for pre-order. Stay updated by following us on instagram @galleryathleticstore and on our facebook page.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER?

If the product is available for pre-order, you'll see a "PRE-ORDER" button on the product page. Select your size and quantity (if applicable) and click "PRE-ORDER".

The product(s) will be added to your cart, and you can proceed to checkout as normal. Note: Products in your cart are not reserved. You must complete checkout to guarantee your order.

We will endeavour to communicate efficiently and promptly as possible during this process, and update you with courier tracking as soon as items are dispatched. 

• CANCELATION POLICY

Once you have placed your order you are unable to cancel it. If there is any issue with your order or you have made a mistake please call us on 07 5749580 or email us at admin@galleryathletic.com and we will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS

To exchange your order, in which must be within 10 days of original purchase*, please follow the process below:

* PLEASE NOTE - ALL SALE PRODUCT IS FINAL -   NO EXCHANGEABLE / NON REFUNDABLE

1. Before an item is to returned please email - admin@galleryathletic.com and point out the reason for the return.

2. You must then pay to send the item back to Gallery Store. Any return delivery fees are at your own expense​. This must only be done by using Track n' Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives in our hands. The item must be in pristine condition with original tags attached, and in saleable, store condition.

4. Once Gallery Store receives the item(s), we will be in touch and be happy to exchange or item returned.

  • Gallery Athletic® Limited reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the return above conditions.

    IN STORE EXCHANGES

    * PLEASE NOTE - ALL SALE PRODUCT IS FINAL - NO EXCHANGEABLE / NON REFUNDABLE

    ​We can provide an exchange for any item(s) provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item(s) must be accompanied by the relevant original sales receipt and/ or paperwork.
  • Item(s) must be in pristine saleable condition with swing tags attached/ footwear must be returned in its original box with original tissue.
  • Item(s) are returned within 10 days of purchase.

    LOST OR DAMAGED ORDER

    ​If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at admin@galleryathletic.com within 7 business working days of your order placed, so we can assist you in conduction an investigation.

    PAYMENTS

    ​We accept all major credit cards and all transactions are handled securely via DPS. We do not store your credit card information.
